1. Validity and organization

The programs presented below are valid for travel from January 1 to December 31, 2024.
Based on your needs, we can create custom trips and also book hotels, airlines and private tour guides and entrance fees to museums. The prices of the rental car with driver includes: • Transportation with TO deluxe new car with all comforts • Assistance with English speaking drivers • Taxes, fuel and tolls of all the Italian territory. Our drivers, during transfers or excursions, are able to offer to our customers all the explanations and history of monuments, churches and squares, suggest restaurants and shops always from inside the vehicle (as due to law restrictions they are not allowed to do so outside the vehicle). If you would like, Professional guides are available with excellent qualification at an additional cost.
The prices of the rental car with driver does not include:
• Tickets for boats, wineries and tasting, museums and churches.
• Motorway tolls, bridges, tunnels and ferries outside the Italian territory.
• Costs for lunches and / or dinners in restaurants.
• We are not responsible for the change of the times and prices of museums, monuments, boats and hotels.

2. Payments, tips and prices

Payment can be made in Euro on the day of the service, by cash or credit card. Visa, Mastercard or Amertican express. We require TO 50% deposit on booking through wire transfer or credit card charge. We also accept payment via PAYPAL. The “tips” are not mandatory but are TO personal gesture whenever the client deems it appropriate. Prices are set at the time of booking the trip and / or service and an e-mail will be sent with TO vouche(s) and the receipt.
VAT 10% excluded.

3. Cancellations:

The customer may cancel bookings at any time before departure. Cancellation implies TO charge: 20% of the total amount of the journey from the 30th to the 15th day prior departure. 50% of the total amount of the trip from 14 to 7 days prior departure.  80% of the total amount of the trip from the 6th day on the 3rd day before departure and 100% of the total amount of the trip from the 2nd to the day of departure
